sufficient

questions

I've had some odd questions posed to me of late by adolescent males:

For instance, last Friday afternoon: "What's your opinion of the Hawks?"

"I hear they're better than usual this year, but I don't really care. Why?"

"I have tickets to tonight's game and wondered if you wanted to go."

Do I need to explain that I quickly turned that offer down?

Again yesterday during 2nd period, "Hey, Ms. P. What are you doing February 10?"

"WHAT?!"

"Oh no, no, I'm not asking you for a date. My band is playing that night."

Whew.

And this morning, "Ms. P, do you have any dreidels?"
