willingness
It's amazing the things I am willing to do when I am not compelled to do them.Last night, I returned to church on a Sunday evening for the first time since we found a pastor. As I turned onto LaVista, I thought about how much more excited I was to be driving to church then because it was my choice to be there. (Please do not read into that any negativity toward the PSC. I was willing to do that!)
Today, Kate and I arrived home from running errands to prepare for the many projects we must complete. As I sipped my tea and thought about what I should read, I had the desire to plan out what we would read next year in the American lit class I will be teaching.
I was also curious as to where my Google Toolbar had gone. One day last week, it just disappeared. The Google blog offered no explanation, but I did find another wonderful Google creation- GoogleLitTrips. Hopefully it will aid me in my willing curriculum planning.

Hey Courtney! Sounds like you're enjoying your summer already!
That Google Lit Trips is AWESOME! Wish I'd known about that earlier.
Anyway, if you're around and want to meet Jacob sometime, let me know. I have no plans really until July, and that's only for a week! Love to get together!
