Bible Flirting
So I coined a new term today. "Bible flirting." This is when Christian men and women use their Bible knowledge to impress a member of the opposite sex and flirt with them. Let's eavesdrop on the following conversation...Guy: Do you frequent (insert local coffee shop)?
Girl: Yeah, I go there pretty often.
Guy: I saw you there a few weeks ago with some friends, reading (insert spiritual book title).
Girl: Yeah, that was my Bible study. Its a great book.
... Conversation progresses...
Girl: Yeah, I read something in John 4 related to that the other day.
Guy: No way, isn't that where Jesus offers the woman at the well living water? I was reading that in my quiet time earlier this week!
