So Kate just showed me how to post from my email. I'm trying it out.

I've also discovered something fairly significant about myself... I am a much nicer person when I have had enough sleep. Went to bed last night a little after 9,  was ready to go for the day at 5:30 this morning, and I've felt better today than in weeks!
